GetRealDirect is an online directory platform. All listings, subscriptions, or services purchased on our website are digital and delivered immediately or through our online platform.
Due to the nature of digital services:
All purchases are final.
We do not provide refunds once a listing or subscription has been submitted and made live.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Technical Issues: If a service or listing fails to be delivered due to a technical error on our end, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a partial or full refund if we cannot resolve it.
Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once, we will refund the duplicate payment.
